Ozempic (Semaglutide) is a prescription medication used to treat and manage Type 2 Diabetes. The active ingredient, Semaglutide, is responsible for making you feel full and as a result, reduces your appetite.

GLP1/Semaglutide also delays the emptying of your stomach allowing you to feel fuller for longer.

How it Works

A consultation with one of our providers is REQUIRED prior to starting the program. Walk-in consultations are welcome. This program is NOT billed to your health insurance carrier. There will be a 99$ monthly office fee. Then patients will be contacted directly from Lilly Direct for purchase of the medication and shipping straight to your door.

Patients will be required to be seen in office every 90 days for their refill.

Example: If a Patient begins Zepbound in January they will be able to call or text our clinic for their refills in February and March, but must come into the office for their April refill. The office fee still applies during the months patients call or text in for refills.
